About this Scholarship
The European Union LASOMA Scholarship is a fully funded academic mobility scheme for African students, offering Masters and PhD degrees in relevant Engineering disciplines. The program aims to build capacity for sustainable solar systems component manufacturing through laser-based manufacturing integrated with AI, machine learning, and big data science. ✅ Eligibility Criteria
- ✓To be eligible, applicants must be nationals and residents of an African country, possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant Engineering discipline, demonstrate strong academic and research potential, and meet the specific academic and language requirements of the host university. Applicants must not have previously received a scholarship under any Intra-Africa Academic Mobility Scheme 2022-2027 project. The project targets 30% women and 10% special needs individuals, and applicants from under-represented groups are strongly encouraged to apply.
